What's included in your rental?
There will be 30 minute walk thru of the travel trailer you are renting. We will educate you with the various features of each trailer. We tailor this to each customer’s individual needs and experience level with travel trailers.
*Travel Trailer Awnings are NO LONGER part of the rental as they are not covered by Insurance.
Each trailer will come with:
- Fresh Water Hose
- Power Adapter 15M/30F
- Waste Evacuation Hose
- Wood clocks/chocks
- Crank for stabilizer jacks
- Broom

Rental Requirements
Renter & Driver Requirements
- Travel Trailer Pick-up times are after 2pm and Return time is 12pm, other times maybe scheduled.
- For rentals outside these hours please contact us.
- All drivers must be a minimum of 25 years of age and possess a valid drivers' license and active Insurance at time of rental.
- Renter must be present, and provide picture ID if requested at time of pick-up.
- Only authorized driver(s) are permitted to tow the trailer. Authorized driver(s) are defined as only those driver(s) listed on the rental agreement.
- Tow vehicle MUST have electronic trailer brake controller(sold at most major auto parts stores and Amazon $60-$120) and requires a 7 pin connector.
- If for some reason the reserved trailer is unavailable at time of departure we will provide you with a different trailer or give you a full refund.
Extras

Generators: $30.00 per night. If unit is not connected to power a generator is recommended. Must have to run A/C, power outlets, microwave and recharge the batteries when dry camping. A generator is recommended when dry camping.
Delivery, set-up & pick-up available upon request, additional fees apply.
Approved pets are OK.
