If you do not have a truck to tow the trailer or are flying in from out of town and need to arrange a truck? Enterprise Rental Trucks  usually come equiped with everything you will need to safely tow any of our trailers.

What do you get for our set price?

• Our set prices are based off of 12 nights, we add 2 days before and 2 days after the 8 night festival. Rental period may be extended beyond those dates if needed, based on availability and will be charged extra for any extended dates.
  
• Price includes propane & travel trailer insurance and some BM prep.
  
• Generators are NOT included for Burning Man. Generator rentals may also be secured thru places such as A Tool Shed, Home Depot, Cresco. 30 amp rated to run AC

What's needed to make a BM reservation?

       * I need to speak to you!

• Must have a tow vehicle with a electronic trailer brake control system/box AND a 7 pin connector at the rear.
  
• Must be 25 years or older with a valid driver license.
  
• A $250.00  nonrefundable payment is taken to secure the rental and dates at the time the reservation is made.
  
• The balance minus the above $250.00 booking deposit is due at pickup, payable with cash or credit card. If rental is cancelled 30 to 15 days to start of rental, 50% of the total balance will be due. Any cancelation 15 days or less 100% is due.
  
• We also MAY collect a refundable cleaning deposit or will have credit card authorization of $250.00(must be in cash/credit), for the cleaning deposit. We will be returned in whole or part any cleaning deposits if collected in advance depending on how well unit is cleaned at return....exterior and interior including inside cabinets/drawers, appliances, walls, floor etc... Addional charge at $100 per hour may also be charged for cleaning.
• We MAY collect in advance of the pickup a refundable damage deposit of $500.00(cash or check or credit card), checks for the damage deposit are held un-cashed in our safe and are returned in whole or part depending on if  the trailer is returned to us damage free. ​
